In accordance with the ordinance O.U.G. no. 34/2014, any customer has the right to return the purchased product, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the parcel.

Products for which returns are not accepted are:
- Unsealed products.
- Food products
- Cosmetics.

Denunciation procedure and return:

  1. The return is made by giving prior notice of the intention to return the goods by written or verbal notification in one of the 3 ways:
    - at the email address : hairbar2022@gmail.com
    - by phone: 0742 508 853
    - by post/ courier to the address: Strada Speranței 910T, Marginea, Suceava county.
  2. A HairBar operator will make a request for the return parcel to be picked up from the customer's address by the courier company we work with. The day of collection will be arranged with the customer.
  3. The customer hands over the parcel to the courier together with the invoice originally received.
  4. The amount initially paid by the customer will be refunded, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the return package in full at HairBar's premises together with the cancellation request. Return shipping charges will be deducted from this amount. The transport costs will be paid in full by the customer.

Warnings:
Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. The parcel will contain all the documents originally received, as well as a written address, signed by the person who initiated and paid for the order, notifying the cancellation of the contract and requesting the return of the amount paid, indicating the account and bank where the money will be returned. You can use the following withdrawal form provided here. This form is only a template and is not compulsory.

Parcel returned without prior notice:
If the return procedure is not followed and the customer sends the return parcel without prior notice, we reserve the right not to accept the return. We will always try to resolve any complaint amicably by agreement between the two parties. To this end, we provide you with an email address to which you can direct any complaint or complaint to which we will reply within 10 calendar days: hairbar2022@gmail.com.
If amicable settlement is not possible, the Romanian legal provisions will apply.
