The Terms and Conditions will apply to all sales of goods/products and services marketed by HAIRBAR through its website, www.hairbar.ro and to telephone orders.
- HAIRBAR - is the trade name of HAIRBAR SRL, a legal entity of Romanian nationality, with registered office in Marginea, Suceava county, Strada Speranței 910T, Trade Register number J33/1719/2022, unique tax registration code 46699412.
- Document - these Terms and Conditions.
- Seller - trading company HAIRBAR SRL
- Commercial practices - the practices of a trader in relation to consumers, i.e. any act, omission, conduct, course of conduct or commercial presentation, including advertising and marketing, carried out by a trader in connection with the promotion, sale or supply of a product to consumers.
- Buyer - the natural person of full age, legal entity or any entity recognised by law who places an Order on the Site or by telephone. Buyers can only be natural/legal persons who have full legal capacity.
- Customer - an individual of legal age or legal entity who has or obtains access to Content by any means of communication made available by HAIRBAR (telephone, electronic, etc.) or under a user agreement existing between HAIRBAR and the Customer and requiring the creation and use of an ACCOUNT. The Customer can only be a natural/legal person with full legal capacity.
- User - any natural/legal person registered on the Site, who, by completing the Account creation process, has agreed to the site-specific clauses in the Terms and Conditions section.
- Visitor - any natural person who visits www.hairbar.ro whether or not placing an order online.
- Consumer - any natural person or group of natural persons formed in associations, acting for purposes outside their commercial, industrial or production, craft or liberal activity.
- Account - the section of the hairbar.ro store composed of e-mail address and passwords, which allows the Buyer to submit Orders, and which contains information about the Customer/Buyer and his/her history on the Site (Orders, Order History, Tax Invoices, Wishlist and Reviews).
- Wishlist (Favorites) - is the section of the Account that allows the Buyer or User to create lists of their favorite products.
- Order - electronic document with the role of communication between the Seller and the Buyer; by means of the Order, the Buyer transmits to the Seller the intention to purchase products from the hairbar.ro website.
- Review - the assessment, opinion, of the buyer who has used a product, based on the experience of using it.
- Content - all photos, video files, texts, technical data, prices and descriptions found on the hairbar.ro website

GENERAL INFORMATION
The images published on the website are true to life, but sometimes the colour shades of the products may differ slightly due to the photo process or your monitor settings. Customers www.hairbar.ro will always be informed whether or not a product is in stock, whether it can be produced to order, how long it will take to process and how long it will take to reach them. This information will be sent by email or phone. Product images, offers, prices and competitions may be changed in advance without specific notice. Products sold via www.hairbar.ro will be accompanied at the time of delivery by a tax invoice or receipt.
ORDER PLACEMENT AND CONFIRMATION
Placing an order requires several steps:

2) if you want to add more products to your cart, click on the "Continue shopping" button, if you want to complete your order click on the "Checkout" button
3) enter your billing details
4) enter the delivery address, delivery will be made by courier
5) choose your payment method
6) place the command by clicking on the "Finish order" button
By filling in the order form and sending the order on the hairbar.ro website, the buyer orders the selected products in the shopping cart (the virtual shopping cart displayed on the website) and is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by him. The wrong e-mail address or telephone number will result in the order not being confirmed and not being validated, as the seller cannot contact the buyer to confirm the order.
PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

PRODUCT DELIVERY POLICY
Products are delivered by courier directly to the buyer's home/address specified by the buyer. Orders for products in stock will be dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation by email. Your order should arrive within 2 working days from the date of order confirmation. This period may be modified by circumstances beyond our control, without exceeding a period of 10 working days, calculated from the date of receipt of your order. Your order will be shipped in packaging that ensures the security of the shipment. Liability for any damage caused during the transport of the product, parcel or package sent by us shall lie with the carrier in accordance with the local legislation in force.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
In accordance with the ordinance O.U.G. no. 34/2014, any customer has the right to return the purchased product, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the parcel.
PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRICES
All prices displayed on the site are in lei and do not include VAT. The prices of the products presented on the hairbar.ro website may be changed without prior notice, without affecting the prices of orders already confirmed.
OBLIGATIONS
In order to provide up-to-date information the hairbar.ro website will be modified periodically.
Changes will be made to the content of the site and here we refer to product information, descriptions, photos, prices, etc. Prices on the site may be changed if the seller deems it necessary.
The owner of the haibar.ro domain is not responsible for any possible damage generated by the Internet connection, for the use, copying or displaying of the site content, also declining responsibility for any disadvantage that may occur due to software errors or other technical faults occurring on the server.
MAJOR STRENGTH
Neither party shall be liable for non-performance of its contractual obligations if such non-performance in due time and/or properly, in whole or in part, is due to an event of force majeure. Force majeure is an unforeseeable event beyond the control of the parties and which cannot be avoided.
If within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of the occurrence of the event, each party shall have the right to notify the other party of the termination of the Contract without either party being entitled to claim any further damages.
